J T Rodgers was a framebuilder but the Planet Puma was a product of a bike factory in Birmingham. Their other machines included a Planet Pintail... They were I think a medium size factory building some quite quality machines with Nervex lugs and 531 DB tubing... Not much is known about the company or factory - I think I can find an address. Their frames sported a lovely enamel badge.
