Ahoy !

Apology to the list.

I Wrote: Yet, every time I poke this Stronglight bb it makes unique noises, not like any other bb I've serviced.

My attempt to be metaphorical. I did not mean the crank actually makes noises. It is in reality silent and smooth running as expected.

I meant that when I apply the little experience I have to servicing the Stronglight bb, the Stronglight "responds" / presents a unique and different situation - Examples: crank bolt size; crank extraction thread pitch; spindle taper.... Frankly, I was surprised to be told by CR listers that the bb ball bearings are 1/4 inch. I very nearly expected some historical mini-ball diameter developed for Napoleonic-era sharpshooters. - I'd have to ask Karen Rawls ! Hahaha.

Regret any confusion.
