I am pretty sure the bike could be an RT Jansen. The model is his La Petite Reine. He was New England-based as I recall. The catalog photography credits listed Harold Lewis of Photography International, Newton, MA in Sheldon's neck of the woods.... 100% classic French rando and touring parts on framesets in the area of Herse, and SiNGER.
