I was in Japan last year visiting my son Paul , we went to a bike shop near Yokohama, THEY had old style cleats that fit a three hole mont, lots of them Sagami Cyvles, cheap to, I got one pair that my son now in Rhode Island is usuing on the 1979 Legnano, Try Google maybe Sagami Cycles has web site?? they also had lots of NEAT vintage stuff, Simplex Campag etc, BUT VERY expensive, also a Jackson UK frame with curved seat tube!!!
