Dear Friends,

I would like to ask your advice about bike shipping. It seems to me that I have in the past shipped bikes for $30-$40, yet I just called UPS; and they want upwards of $125 for a ground shipment from Connecticut to Texas. Is there some reliable way that is less expensive? Please answer to my work address:

I just visited a local bike swap and saw a pair of Stronglight cranks w/ drilled rings in a tattered OMAS box- asking price was $80, but tomorrow it they

are still there, they may be less? I don't know the model/ anything about them- they were used, but in nice shape. If anybody wants me to pick them up, I'll head back and get them.

Please email me. I have a rusted old Geminiani and was hoping to learn more about it. Thanks in advance.
