Yep, dats my auction. http://ebay.com/<blah>

I bought the bike from Kodama's former mechanic. He said Kodama was a strong rider. I googled him and found his name enterered in some Asian Games a few years ago, but no major victories. I like the personal touch of stamping his name (Japanese/English) on drops, seatcluster and BB.I also think the winged head and bb lugs are very cool.

Yes the dropouts and seatlug seatstay caps are plugged. I agree that plugs were used to save on labor time. Any KOF builders have experience w/ plugs? They were standard on later 3Rensho frames. And they were the rage a few yrs ago in Japan. Now, it seems that most Keirin frames are coming w/ traditional dropouts. Scott Davis St. Paul, MN http://www.sdbicyclegarage.com

List member Scott Davis has listed a really cool bike on E-Bay, item # 723955844. I am not familiar with the builder, but this looks really first class. Unusual lug work and folks seem to have strong reactions to the lugs and drop outs...I happen to think they are terrific. Perhaps Scott or Dennis Young could tell us a bit more about this maker, who certainly seems KOF in this instance.? Bike seems to have an interesting history, too. Tom Sanders Lansing, Mi
