I don't think there is an easy way to do this. I really hate this mounting system. Simplex posts were infinitely easier. The trick, if there is one, is to tighten each bolt a turn or two, then the other bolt a a turn or two. Campy made a saddle wrench that made it a little easier to reach the front bolt, but not much. The one advantage of this system is that it is very secure once tightened. Campy also touted its very fine (microadjusting) adjustment, but Simplex did as well at that.
