Marcelo,

These are a much later rim, 1970s. You are right that the 1953 Peugeot PH10 likely uses Mavic rims. My 1952 PH10 has Mavic rims that I believe are original. They have a rather square, stout section and the Mavic decal declares "License Longhi" indicating that Mavic was licensing a design or patent from Longhi at that time. It would be very difficult to find the proper rims with this decal in my opinion.
