You can get Stronglight crank pullers from Bike Tools Etc. They also have ones for TA and, of course, the 22 mm de facto standard. http://biketoolsetc.com. Select Tools--Crank. No need to make them, unless you want to. I once made my own; a fun project and not too difficult: http://www.nonlintec.com/allegro/tools.jpg.
