Can't say I've ever seen one of these frames with the old serial number series stamped in it, that had the later graphics package. Interesting.

This must have been one of the very last frames to come from the Via Cesare Cesariano shop. Maybe. Wish I knew a little more about the end of Pogliaghi's shop. Just little dribs and drabs here and there have come around.

Did he retire and his shop/staff continue to make frames for the new owner? Was the existing stock just finished, painted, and sold? Did Freschi run things after the maestro retired, until Rossin took the marque into their own facility? How long did Rossin keep the marque until the Basso brothers took it? Do the Basso Bros. still own the name?

At some point in the mid-80s the frames appear rather different from the Cesariano shop frames, and the serial numbers and the PSM stamps disappear forever.
