Subject: [CR]What era is this Bianchi?

While helping a neighbor clear a bunch of junk in his yard, I found an old Bianchi under a tarp. It's obviously a low-end model, but what is it? The derailleurs are Huret, the rear marked Suetto(?), it has Normandy High flange hubs w/ Maillard QR skewers. Balilla (?) brakes. It has a chrome fork crown w/ half chrome forks. I can't dig through the grease far enough to find markings on the BB or headset. The SN# is 2G78571. Oh yeah, it has cottered cranks and chrome steel wheels. It really looks inexpensive as far as the gruppo, but the frame itself looks very nice w/ fancy lugs. Weird, an Italian bike w/ french componants. Opposite of most of my others. Any thoughts appreciated...
