Dear all, I have been asked on the cycling grapevine for help in the following matter (British CR Members). Maldon & District Cycling Club are holding a charity ride 18th.June. Details as follows: Volunteers are needed to help out on the Charity Ride that MAD CC are holding in partnership with the Maldon Primary Care Trust. We will need about 8 marshalls on the day as well as people to ride round the course to check on anyone that may run into difficulty, so we really need as many volunteers as we an get. Anyone who rides the Veteran Cycling Club runs especially in East Anglia will know the Mad CC lads. There should be some classic bikes used on this charity ride. I had a great ride with them on a VCC Cambridge 50 several years ago. Great people and a good cause. Please contact off list and I will put you in touch. Kind regards Frank.
