Seventy-four Years Ago Cornez, Bulla, Honemann, etc.

Some of the aces between events at the grand sports festival in Damazan, France, in 1932. Standing, from left to right: Willy Honemann (USA), Jean Maréchal (Fra), Avanti Martinelli (Ita), Roger Beaufrand (Fra), Armand Blanchonnet (Fra), Fernand Cornez (Fra); seated, Max Bulla (Austria) (left), and Lucien Michard (Fra) (right).
I wonder if Cornez toeclips and toestraps are named for Fernand Cornez,
like Christophe and Binda? And what about Bulla brakes? Are they named
for Max Bulla?
