What I recall is that 1) somewhere there is an archive with the history of the "marriage" between Sachs, Huret, and Maillard; and 2) the DuoPar was in the period where the merger was occurring, hence the logos were changed as the new company came up.

The Sachs-Huret marked derailleur is just a later iteration of the same basic design if I remember my Japanese websites I've lost the URLs for.
