My recent (and still ongoing) experience with Mike is that when there is a problem to solve re: customer's decals, he gets busy dealing with the actual problem, not spending time doing all this and that talking and e-chatting about it: he's a "can do" kind of guy, which I appreciate.
Indeed his current printer (ashamed to admit, a Canadian, but not me) is making life hard for Mike -- my rather simple decals were certainly botched -- but Mike is busy getting these and others re-done right while we speak.
