This is absolutely catalog spec for a Giro d'Italia. The older brother of a friend of mine got one new in about '74. I suspect the obsolete Record rear changer was used on a "B" spec bike like this to use up older stock. The stock 28 tooth large cog was pushing the capacity of the poor thing, too!
