Legnano's used several different paint combinations to achieve their vibrant chartreuse color. I've seen translucent yellow over an olive green base color, translucent olive-green over silver, translucent yellow over light blue-green, translucent yellow-green over grey primer. Others?...
The color fluctuated over the years, sometimes more yellow, sometimes more green. Matching a "Legnano" Silca might work, but maybe buying or borrowing a Legnano frame to match it too might give you better results.
Hope this helps.
