Sorry to disappoint the Francophiles but I find no record of Poulidor on anything besides Campagnolo components with Mafac brakes at anytime in his pro career.
Poulidor turned pro in 1960, the 1962 Tour was his first. I have a 1962 Tour photo of him (not included in the above link) that shows a Campy equipped Mercier. I'm still searching for 1960 and 1961 photos in le Miroir issues from those years
