Yes, they did. I have an Arius "Professional" seat on my commuter bike, in fact:

I suspect they were affiliated in some way. I think Zeus/Triplex/Arius at least had some business dealings with each other if nothing else. Here's a set of Triplex shift levers I got with a pile of Zeus stuff from a fellow in Germany:
