unfortunately this is not news for those of us who collect and ride track bikes.

on the positive side, the market seems to be cooling off a bit from the insanity of the winter. even so, japanese njs-certified parts are still fetching a premium, as are kof njs frames (especially 3rensho and nagasawa), even with the all-to-common top-tube dent.

italian stuff is coming down as well, (except for the off-topic c-record), and french and english parts seem to be almost back to where they were two years ago.
