[CR]Viking

Ran across an unfamiliar frameset today whose decals said Viking. Close inspection didn't reveal anything remarkable in style or execution other than it appeared english and had a 531 decal and forged DOs. A websearch revealed Viking's illustrious past and interesting story to be found here: http://www.localhistory.scit.wlv.ac.uk/Museum/Transport/bicycles/Viking.htm I later found summary of this on CR site as well. Seems the one I saw was of more modern production since the elaborate headbadge was now merely a decal.
