You can get the original catalog page on Vintage-Trek, as well. Look at the link for Brochures. There will be pictures and a table identifying every part the factory bikes were built with. Keep in mind, that factory and dealer custimization was available.

According to 019210 serial #, this Trek is a 1982 Mod 730. Also according to Vintage-Trek, the 1984 catalog mentions both silver and brass brazing utilized. Since this is a higher-end 1982 frame, am I correct in assuming it is silver-brazed?
The reason I ask is because I almost traded the frameset away today for a Gitane TdF but the other party objected to a handlebar dent on top-tube. Studying the frame again, it exhibits beautiful brazing and lug thinning. Me thinks to keep her, esp if silver-brazed.
Now if I build her back up, would correct gruppo be NR or what else? She came to me a couple of years ago wearing Shimano 600...I guess that could be correct if originally purchased as a frameset.
