Subject: [CR]Unusual, and brand new KOF frameset on Ebay

Can anyone share any experience about this clearly KOF frameset? Columbus Life tubing. The seller says it was built in 2006 as a side project at a very reputable TI frame facility, but will not disclose exactly where or by whom. I'm not interested in buying it, especially because it is way too big for me, but I do like the lug work and other features very much, and am curious if anyone knows anything about it.
