Mark Bulgier recently posted a link to his .pdf scan of Campagnolo catalog 17.

It reminded me that I have been wondering for some time now if Campy ever really sold the steering column shown on page 34. Has anyone seen a steerer with the Campy logo stamped in the side? Were they possibly made w/o the logo, thus making them look like any other steerer (give or take special butting, splining, etc.)? It would certainly not surprise me if the marking depicted in the catalog art never appeared on the actual part, or if the actual part was never made in significant numbers. Does anyone know anything about this part?
