Picked up a Steyr-Puch A-D Vent Noir in my size to add a teutonic member to the stable. Full 531DB with Gippimme DOs, japanese component...nice build quality and most unusual feature is anodized/treated translucent black finish over chrome plate. The finish is tough but it has worn thin in places. I'm thinking of again using Duplicolor's Metalcast "anodized" coating in their new color "smoke". I had good results using this product in for chromovelato on previous project. As before, I'll report results. Any members care to briefly describe ride-quality of these bikes?
