Just bought a lot of old British stuff from a list member. Included are two engraved handlebars. One is 39 cm ctc engrave nicely on both sides, one side the Raleigh heron logo with the name Raleigh below it. The other side a wreath and a ribbon with "Alloy Raleigh Made in England". Very center, under the stem clamp, is engraved "Chambers Churchill BS 2102 England". Never seen such nicely engraved bars marked Raleigh, more like quality of GB engraved bars on high end Raleighs.

The other bar is 36 cm ctc, center section a bit like Titan bars, engraved "Cresta Sackville" inside an oval, same on both sides.

Anyone know anything about either of these bars? Date of manufacture, bikes on which they would have appeared?
