Sheldon, I wouldn't say it's one of the last lugged steel Bianchis, but maybe one of the last Japanese-made ones? Bianchi Reparto Corse was making lugged steel frames up until at least the mid-'90s. They made an EL-OS and a TSX UL, both lugged, somewhere in '95 or '96. I have a 53cm TSX UL that is going up for sale soon.
I still have the catalog, so if anybody needs something more specific, I can find it. Also have a Campy catalog (small one) from the same year.
