No, the calipers are definitely early/mid 80s Record/Super Record, as they have the cam-type quick release of Record/Super Record and script Campagnolo of early/mid 80s production. But the levers look like Triomphe/Gran Sport from the same era.

The globe to shield transition also occurred in the early/mid 80s.
