Raleigh made squadrillions of those 49/46 rivetted cranksets and used them on many different models, including the Gran Sport, various Lentons an even the 10-speed version of the execrable Chopper!

Steven's bike is indeed very like the Blue Streak, major difference being the Hurét Alvit derailers instead of the Benelux Mk VII on the Blue Streak.
