I remember the 3M glue being an alternative 20 years ago. However, I've
read lately that 3M had to change the formulation to appease the
environazis or sometheing, and it's no longer recommended.

I currently use Panaracer Pana Cement because it's clear, but I see from
various test results on the web, it's not the strongest.
