Hi all,
1980 ish Klein, is my newest, and only non lugged aluminum. Err except for the aluminum Caminargent, oops and non lugged Teledyne Titan. Honest I swear! But before that the are really old and lots of lugs like my 1950's Thanet and 1930's Merlin trike. So nothing toooooo modern. But you know what. I still love my 1961 Allegro track converted to a 10 spd best, tight twitchy and fun to zip around on.
I wonder how many actually have new bikes. I've ridden them but I guess I am not enough of a rocket man to care about them. They just don't stir my soul.
I hope Jan can keep the V happening as there is so little going!! Get a subscription to keep it that way. Opps, Is mine subscription up yet?

"modern" bike. The newest bikes I own are two circa 1997 Bianchi TSX/UL's
which were among the last lugged steel frames Bianchi made. I'd wager at
least 10% of the CR list do not own a bike newer than those, probably more
like 25%.
