Subject: [CR]Effects of countersinking drillium holes on structural strength

Given the interest in Drillium and countersinking the holes in recent posts (sorry Sheldon) I have a question to pose to the list. Does countersinking drillium holes (they are probably only countersunk on the side viewed from anyway is my guess) add structural strength by eliminating a possible Stress riser around the circumference of the drilled hole, or does it decrease the strength by creating two smaller stress risers, or (and this is my guess) does it make no difference?
