Don, the only thing purposely made difficult to reproduce is paper money and some of the newer Columbus tubing decals with the "watermark" backgrounds.
The colors of bike decals have never been selected by the bike companys to make them difficult to reproduce. (yes, I said never)
Currently, most pro bikes are "decaled" by spraying paint through masks directly onto the bike.
