I have read enough of the instruction sheet to understand that _it is possible to correct the color registration by printing a white decal atop your color decal_. And, to get a brilliant white, you need to print the white layer TWICE.

If I wanted to make a Raleigh decal with gold, black, and white, I understand that it would take a 4-color separation process ( black, gold foil, 2 layers of white) to get the best possible decal. And, also one needs a large black border during lamination to avoid damage to the decal in the center. And, layering of adhesive has to be a perfect thickness to get a successful transfer. And, cleaning of each white layer with alcohol has to be perfect to avoid activating the transfer paper. Etc., Etc., Etc.

At some point, it takes so many error-prone steps to produce a decal, that your time invested (hours) and chance of succeeding without damaging earlier steps (90% ^ 4 ?) limits the complexity of the decals and/or the quality of the results ...

Do any list members have experience making complex color decals (color + white layer) with this system ?? Are the many steps needed easy to complete successfully ??
