I don't think it's earlier than '76. IIRC, that's when the two top tube braze-on cable guides were added. I have a '79 (based on the frame details and a Pat 79 RD, W4 stamped in the right rear drop-out) that has both the top tube guides and a fork crown that matches yours (also dates from around '75 or '76). However, the seat stay caps aren't engraved on mine and are more "spearpoint" in contour. In addition, I don't think the ST and DT transfers are correct for that frame date - possibly added after a respray at some point?
