> . I think you've nailed it, Chuck. It's newer than '78-'79. Here's http://ebay.com/<blah a frame listed as "'80s" with the stamped chainstays and a chrome fork. Transfers are similar but not identical. So Mike's appears to fall between this frame and Craig's and my late '70s versions.
