The "2000" crank went through several iterations. The last ones IIRC had "aero" profile arms without any milling, but earlier versions may have a single flute or fluting with slots milled all the way through. I think the "2000" rings were always drilled, though; otherwise what's to distinguish them from "Criterium" rings?
