A young wrench at the LBS pointed me to http://www.dtswiss.com. (box at lower left, select spokes calculator) I like this better than some of the others I've found, because not only can you save information of wheelsets that you have built/will build, but the entry is very straightforward, and you can enter information for front and rear both at the same time.
