I greatly enjoyed my fall restoration projection and now it's time to move on to the next one. Thus, I'm wanting to sell my completed bike.

http://209.190.31.210/gallery/garywatts There are before and after folders there. As I write this, wolljersey isn't responding for some reason but I imagine Morgan will tend to it shortly.

Frame: 54cm Columbus SL. Media blasted, epoxy primer and 2 stage base coat/clear coat with decals under clear. Chrome is very thin on the fork and a couple spots on the chainstay that are to the metal. Damaged dropout screws drilled out and replaced with 3mm SHCS and new springs. Not the Campagnolo dropout screws.

Now the downside; the frame had been front end crashed at some point. The downtube and toptube are bubbled on the bottom side. It rides fine but this is an obvious issue. Also, the FD braze-on had been bent for some unknown reason and I straightened it out as best as I could. The result is that the derailleur angle is tipped a bit forward.

Cranks: Campagnolo Super Record, 42-53. Fully polished

Derailleurs: Campagnolo Super Record

Brakes: Campagnolo Super Record with script logo. Fully polished. Original brake blocks installed but severely worn, new ones on their way, to be included with the bike.

Brake Levers: Campagnolo Super Record. All holes redrilled and fully polished. Euro Asia replacement gum hoods.

Seatpost: Campagnolo Super Record. Milled to extend the factory flute pattern and then fully polished. Single bolt model.

Saddle: New Selle San Marco Regal, white perforated. Copper rails and rivets. Beautiful saddle!

Chain: New Sram PC-88.

Freewheel: NOS Regina 12-18 7 speed

Wheels: Campagnolo Record LF hubs, polished, 36 hole with Araya hard anodized rims, tubular. Nearly new tubular tires. Curved skewers.

Stem: Cinelli oval logo. Custom fluted and fully polished.

Bars: Cinelli wing logo, polished center section, white Deda tape.

Headset: Campagnolo Super Record, polished and in perfect working condition (I was surprised!)

The main niggle is, of course, the bulges in the top and down tubes near the headtube. Other than the Araya rims and SRAM chain, the bike is period correct. The price reflects the value of the parts IMO and the frame is a bonus, complete with new pro paint.

Strong preference given to local buyers (Oregon/Washington USA)as I'd rather not take my chances with shipping but I will ship if necessary. Price: $635 plus shipping via Fed Ex Ground in the lower 48 states only. No international shipments. Payment via paypal preferred or cash in person. Write or call with any questions.
