Kurt, Back in the day, 32 years ago the number bounced around was 300 grams plus or minus depending on the plater and the frame size.

Of minor interest, Jerry Ash really wanted a full chrome track bike, (Remember Daniel Morelon and "Nikko" both had them) Mario Confente said NO. But, Jerry's Confente Sprint bike did sport a fully chromed fork. As did a few other bikes that Mario built, of those all had the 24mm diameter Columbus PS blades, no idea what significance that had if any.

Don't know why Mario said no to a fully chromed frame.
