As I have already mentioned to David Bilenky, the one who brought this whole topic up, I have a Campagnolo Italian price list supplement dated 23 November 1983 (so by date within the CR time span). It lists the prices for the:

Victory Corsa Gruppo at Lit 325,000 with up-prices of Lit 3,350 for a braze-on front derailleur, of Lit 5,000 for shift levers with a top mount braze-on, and of Lit 5,900 for large flange hubs.

Victory Leisure Gruppo at Lit 333,000 with up-prices of Lit 3,350 for a braze-on front derailleur, of Lit 5,000 for shift levers with a top mount braze-on, and of Lit 5,900 for large flange hubs.

Triomphe Corsa gruppo at Lit 245,000 with up-prices of Lit 3,000 for shift levers with a top mount braze-on, and of Lit 5,900 for large flange hubs.

Triomphe Leisure Gruppo at Lit 253,00 with up-prices of Lit 3,000 for shift levers with a top mount braze-on, and of Lit 5,900 for large flange hubs.

I also have a copy of the brochure that describe these gruppi and it has a stamp saying that it was received by the dealer who I got it off of stating March 20th, 1984. So it is virtually certain that the Gruppi were presented at least to the OE customers at the fall 1983 trade show (I don't remember if this would have been in Cologne or Milan).
