It looks like a Grand Jubile i recently sold. I had a Silver/red panels that was 531(had decals) and campy drop-outs and another that was red/rust(tho not rusty) with black panels that had simplex drop-outs but no tubing decal. both had the same lugs and fork crown similar to yours.

i'm not sure there was a big difference between grand records and grand jubiles besides part specs. but i could be wrong. i thought GR's came with Campy and GJ's came with Huret Jubile's.

Listers: I just purchased a frameset on eBay and after receiving it I was not convinced that it was, in fact, a Grand Jubilee (Jubile) but perhaps a Grand Record. The TT decals were missing or rubbed off and the the tubing and lugs had changed over the years to have changed from Vitus to 531 tubing. This one is obviously 531 and Nervex lugged as seen in the photos. Go to the completed auction before the photos disappear. What is the educated opinion of the Francophiles? Approximate year?

Follow the link or go to 'completed listings' and type in Grand Jubilee
