Norm Do you mean the top of the cage, the plastic that retains the bottle? If so you might try one of the plastic polishes from Meguiar's, they have a couple of types specifically for plastics, the one I used on a ski boat windshield took scratches out and cleared the foggy look it had. Not sure if it will do anything for yellowing plastic but you might try on a small portion. I think it is marketed as Plastx clear plastic cleaner & polish.
