Please help me date this Campagnolo Derrailuer. I am pretty sure it is a late 50's-early 60's model, and it is NOT a Nuovo Record model by virtue of the cable stop. I saw a similar model on German Ebay go for $260 the other day, but the seller had little to no info on the model or year. Any helpful info would be appreciated, email me at drewmonroe@hotmail.com with any info, or if you are interested in purchasing it or trading some 80's era Record/Super Record or ANY era Campy Pista stuff for it.

Judging by the pictures, it's a normal 1960's Record front derailleur (no circlip, aluminum pivot arms, flat outer plate). The rarer first version (late-1950s) had chrome-plated bronze pivot arms.

++++++++++++++++++++++++ I got my first bike with this unit in 1963, on a Swedish Avanti. That bike actually came with a Gran Sport "plunger" front, but the shop (Pearl's, on Wisconsin in DC) agreed to send the Record when they could get one. The bike also came with Titan bar & stem, and round fork blades. This unit was also stock on the early 1960s Sears Ted Williams Sport Racing, and on the Paramount as late as 65. They were matched up to a clamp that mounted on the DT and had a stop for cable and housing on the left, and a tunnel (?) on the right. In my experience, these tend to sell for somewhat more than the later and much more common units w/o this cable stop. BTW, very nice pix.
