Hi Ben.

Recently (less than a year ago) you could buy a real NOS Benotto track fork from Spicer Cycles:

Looking at that page now, it looks like they are not offering them anymore - but drop them a line - they may still be able to get you one. Otherwise, it looks like they might be able to help you out with a replacement, possibly in chrome? - I'd just call and ask.
