Jeff asked about what to do with his once-tomato-red Carlsbad Masi.

the tomato-red is a classic color, and worth using in any repaint. However, to my mind, about the coolest color for a Masi (other than, maybe, white with chrome-yellow highlights), is the dark metallic blue. This was also a standard Masi color, but seen very seldom. It was almost never used on spec bikes for shops, it appears to have been a custom order color, or, at least, you had to request it. I think it looks very fine with chrome-yellow highlights..more elegant than the lighter metallic blue often seen.

The other color for a Masi that is very attractive is Sammontana yellow. Hard to beat that with the blue-panel dt graphic and blue highlights..

the sand-champagne is nice, but too common, imho..
