I am arranging to have a frame and fork shipped from the UK to California, and I'd like to get suggestions on the service that's most likely to get it here unscathed at a reasonable price. I've heard Parcel2Go and FedEx suggested; are there others I should consider? And is getting insurance a reasonable option for any of them?
