Subject: [CR]Need info on my Ross

I've been searching all over the place on my Ross road bike and all I can come up with is it was made early to mid 80's and the company is now defunct or not selling bikes at any rate. It used to be my primary rider but I've since switched from steel to a carbon bike, which is a classic in itself. The Carbon bike is a Giant Cadex 980c which from what I hear is "old School" as far as carbon frames go. What can I say, I love the classics.

The Ross: It has Shimano 600 brakes and derailures (sp), the frame is lugged with gold pinstripping on it, half chromed fork with white and gold bands where the paint meets the chrome, the badge on the head tube is red, black and white with "Ross" in the center, "cbc" on the top and "Allentown, Pa" on the bottom. I've put about 3k miles on it over the 5 years I've owned it and it still rides great. I still still use it as my commuter bike to work. It's starting to show its age and I may look into having the frame repainted or powdercoated. Basically I'm just looking for any and all info I can get on it. I can also provide the frame # if needed.

Thanks
