Preferably post CSPC '77 revisions, don't need one of a specific date. So long as there are no cracks, or it has been ground down to prevent cracks.
170-175mm arms are fine, don't need the rings either, although a blue anodized outer ring like this drillum'ed ring would be absolute icing on the cake:
