Jay, in addition to what has already been said, there are usually a few hardy souls who are on their bikes at about 0600 Sunday morning for the ride called the "dawn patrol". A quick ride from the Battleground Inn to the Battleground Park and back leaves plenty of time to have breakfast, enjoy some Sunday morning discussion with the folks in the lobby at the BI and still get to the rec center in time for the early bird specials as people set up.
